Our air pillows are an efficient void fill solution that prevent items from shifting, bruising or breaking during transit. Designed to run on BUBBLE WRAP® brand inflatable void-fill system, our air pillows are also 20% to 30% more consistently inflated and retain their inflation longer than competitor air pillows, better protecting products during transit.

BUBBLE WRAP® brand Extreme Heavy Duty is our strongest inflatable void fill with cushioning. This air pillow is designed for applications requiring light cushioning for blocking and bracing in addition to void fill. When compared to paper void fill materials, damage rates can be reduced as much as two and a half times while using less than 60% of packaging material by weight.
