OVERVIEW

 

Our ostomy barrier bag films have improved the lives of people with stomas for more than 20 years.

 

NEXCEL® brand ostomy bag barrier films are engineered to eliminate leakage, provide a high barrier to moisture and odor, and limit noise for maximum discretion. A PVDC layer is the most reliable barrier to contain oxygen and other gases from human waste, while the outer skin layer provides a quiet, ultra-soft, and hypoallergenic surface. Our ostomy barrier film helps ostomates lead a full and active life.

With two structures available, our ostomy film is made from high-barrier resins to reduce moisture and odor. The soft, hypoallergenic material prevents skin irritation for ostomy and other stoma pouches.

  • Resistant to mold and fungi
  • High-tensile strength is ideal for converting to bags
  • Strong film seals prevent leakage and odor
  • Two film structures available

SPECIFICATIONS

  • 5-layer structure or 7-layer structure available
  • Roll length: 750 m (MF532 film is made at 500 m)
  • Film widths can be slit to custom requirements
  • Color: White film is standard; other olors available on request
