The Comcount Linear Weighing Machines are specifically designed for batch weighing and weigh counting a wide range of industrial and technical components with models available to handle parts from just a few millimetres up to 125 mm in length. The fine feed is driven completely independently and has adjustable tooling to simplify product changeover and ensure that a wide range of products can be handled. The batch of product is then funnelled to a pre-opened bag, sealed and dispensed while another bag is presented for loading. The weighing machine is controlled by a sophisticated Siemens control system which utilises a touch screen display for data entry and job storage.Paired with Autobag pre-opened plastic bags, this weighing and bagging machine configuration offers a fast and effective automatic weigh count solution.
